Another use for good old duct tape! - 10/29/07 07:22 PM

I have seen duct tape used for just about anything.  In this case, the homeowner used it to repair the fold down stairway to the attic.  Needless to say, I skipped that step on my way to inspect the attic.  Don't get me wrong, duct tape has it's uses, but to … (7 comments)

Every so often I find somebody's stash during my home inspection... - 10/29/07 06:56 PM

...but this stash was empty! It appears that many of these bottles are antiques.  I actually told teh buyers not to have the sellers clean out the bottles because some of them may be worth something to the right collector. It is just odd how they are stacked neatly in the corner … (11 comments)

If another Realtor says the Home Inspector KILLED THEIR DEAL, I will scream! - 10/28/07 05:46 PM
