Kailua, the largest community on the Windward side is Oahu's windsurfing capital, and Kailua Beach is one of the world's most beautiful shorelines. Slightly over 50,000 lucky people reside here. They enjoy the relaxed lifestyle in the mid-to-upper priced neighborhoods, with excellent restaurants, outdoor cafes, boutiques, parks, library, fine schools, medical centers, country clubs, and a town area full of personality and charm. In recent years Kailua has become a "secret" destination hot spot for many travelers, including famous people such as Barrack Obama. We call his vacation property "The Winter White House". These famous vacationers are looking for sun, beauty, (2 comments)

Inspired Island Living in Kailua Beachside's Kailuana Area! - 05/16/12 10:33 AM
Kailua Beachside is the most desirable area to live in Kailua......Over 3 miles of white sandy beach with views of the famous Mokulua Islands, and Flat Island. There is an abundance of outdoor activities that both locals and tourists enjoy here. Some include kayaking, swimming, parasailing, body boarding, surfing, sailing, biking, volleyball, having bbq's with family and friends, and of course sun tanning. There are public beach accesses to some of the private residential areas, however parking is limited to the local residents who live there and then there are several public parks where you can easily find parking as well. OAHU REAL ESTATE MARKET UPDATE FOR APRIL 2012 - 05/15/12 09:16 AM
Aloha, Did you know that current statistics can sometimes give you a pretty clear picture of what’s going to happen next? In fact, sometimes it’s just simple math. What jumped out at me this month was the very strong increase in pending sales—those sales that are in escrow but not yet closed. For single family homes pending sales are up 28.5% in April 2012 over April 2011. For condominiums, that number is 35.1%. That means we can expect a big jump in closed sales within the next month or so. And when the stats come out with that news, people who are (0 comments)

An adorable home in Kailua's Enchanted Lake community - 05/02/12 11:31 AM
Kailua is located 12 miles northeast of Honolulu-over Nu'uanu Pali, the tallest mountain peak in the Ko'olau mountain range. Kailua is a typical suburb bringing thousands home from their workplace in Honolulu. When you are driving out of the tunnel, a feeling overcomes you. It's the greenery, the serenity and the blueness of the ocean you see. Kailua's Enchanted Lake community is a residential area a few miles from Kailua beach depending on your location. It has a small local theatre, strip mall with a grocery store and various restaurants, coffee shops, and other stores that service the area. In the (4 comments)
