kailua beachside real estate: Another Fabulous Kailua Beachside Home "Upgraded & Ready to Move In" - 01/11/13 04:13 AM
I attended Broker's Open yesterday and there was a stand out Kailua Beachside property that was immaculate! A home that is ready to move in and upgraded down to the "indoor/outdoor" carpet in the garage!! A Coldwell Banker Paciific Properties listing that is well priced at $1,695,000. I wouldn't be surprised if they got their asking price or a bit higher.
This is a 3/3 with 2836 sf interior and 13,988 exterior. Gorgeous pool and waterfall in the backyard, surrounded by a lush green garden and a lava rock wall for privacy.

kailua beachside real estate: Huge Home So Close to Kailua Beach Park! - 09/10/12 05:35 AM
I visited a property for sale for Broker's Open, and I must say, it's one of the largest square footage interiors I have seen that is just steps away from this glorious beach! It is listed by Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties. The listing price is actually very reasonable considering how large the house is. It is listed at $2,650,000. This huge 8 bedroom, 9 1/2 bathroom house has a square footage of 7418 square feet on an 11000 square foot lot, so it's all house. It was built in 2007, so it's newer by Kailua standards. It has three different entry … (2 comments)

kailua beachside real estate: Inspired Island Living in Kailua Beachside's Kailuana Area! - 05/16/12 03:33 AM
Kailua Beachside is the most desirable area to live in Kailua......Over 3 miles of white sandy beach with views of the famous Mokulua Islands, and Flat Island. There is an abundance of outdoor activities that both locals and tourists enjoy here. Some include kayaking, swimming, parasailing, body boarding, surfing, sailing, biking, volleyball, having bbq's with family and friends, and of course sun tanning. There are public beach accesses to some of the private residential areas, however parking is limited to the local residents who live there and then there are several public parks where you can easily find parking as well.
