Kailua Town area has a group of condo's and townhomes that is centrally located to shopping, restaurants and Kailua Beach. A great convenient way to live. No upkeep of the yard and you can come and go as you please. The variety of condos and townhomes in this area vary in amenities and price ranges. The particular condo that I am speaking of today is one of the most affordable complexes in the area. It is called Koolau Vista and it is listed by Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties. I wanted to share with you Ka Malanai. This is a NEW condominium complex that is in the process of being built in Kailua. It has just broke ground about a month ago. I've known about this news of a new condominium complex building for several years now. I have a laundry list of buyers who would like the opportunity to purchase these units.
