This is a follow up blog about this new listing that entered the market last week Monday. Broker's open had over 70 brokers and public groups that came through this past Thursday. Oahu’s condo market continued its surge in February with an increase in sales prices and sales volume, while the single-family market eased off slightly.

The Median Sales Price of a condo on Oahu marched to its highest level in two years — to $340,000. With inventory in this segment down nearly 27 percent, and affordability high, the condo market’s slow but steady monthly increases are a sign of market strength.
