AS we are now into springtime, now is the best time to put your home on the market if you have been thinking of it.  In the past couple of weeks while I have held open houses, I have encounter a huge amount of first time home buyers coming through the doors.  They are asking alot of questions, as they should when it comes to buying a home.  They are educated and are doing their homework.  They are looking at traditional homes for sale as well as "short sales" or "foreclosures".
