My office is sponsoring a FREE seminar for people thinking about buying a new home.  The thrust will be explaining how affordable a home can be and what to expect in this new era of short sales and foreclosures.  There will be several speakers including an attorney from a settlement company and a loan officer.  Everyone is welcome!
