market common misc: Agent to Agent Remarks - 09/18/08 11:59 AM

I just got an internet lead from a site that I subscribe to for a hefty price. It is only the second lead in 4 months and it cost $2400. Of course, they guaranteed 50-100 leads a month. Anyway - it didn't live up to its hype.
Back to the lead. I made an appointment to make a presentation for this Saturday and began to prepare for the CMA. As part of my research for any property, I always read all the 'remarks' sections for other listings in the development. One I read today gave me a good laugh and I … (1 comments)
