Not So Wordless Wednesday Okay, so the weather has actually been weather here in sunny SoCAL. We were supposed to get snow down to 1000 feet which would have been snow at my house! Marvelous Monday Okay, so I am always laughing at the weather people here in Southern California. In spite of the fact that there is mostly sun here, they are always right... just on the wrong day. Glendora's Fourth Annual Wine Walk Okay, so it's that time again! Time for the Glendora Wine Walk in the Glendora Village. This year's event will be held on February 9th from 6-9 PM. Over 35 Glendora Village Merchants will be pour stations and will be paired with hors d'oeuvres from local Glendora restaurants. This is so very true. The foreclosure process doesn't stop just because you have your home on the market as a short sale. The short sale must be approved by all parties and the escrow needs to have the earnest money deposit in place BEFORE the bank will stop the sale of the home. However, as Melissa points out, if the buyer walks, the foreclosure is already in an advanced stage and it may just go through.
