I just love the City of Glendora. I lived in Glendora growing up and loved every minute of it.  From Finkbiner Park to Fosters Freeze to Sandburg Junior High (Yes I went to SandBox when it was still a junior high!) It's such a beautiful city filled with wonderful trees and places to explore. And the city itself has grown and has some wonderful new shopping centers and places to eat.  You can't go wrong in Glendora.

I just love the City of Claremont. My kids all went to local Claremont schools, Oakmont elementary and El Roble Middle school.  It's such a beautiful city filled with wonderful trees and places to explore. this year's schedule for the Concerts In the Park Series has been posted.
This year the concerts will be held at Memorial Park on Mondays at 7PM and will begin on Monday, July 7th and go through Monday September 1st. And as always, the Kiwanis Club will be selling all kinds of concessions from Hot Dogs to Nachos to popcorn and drinks.

Okay so, it's a fabulous time for sellers the city of La Verne, CA.  This week in La Verne 7 new listings came on the market.  It looks like folks in La Verne have started to put their trust back into the housing market in La Verne.

Okay so, I have a beautiful home for sale in Riverside, CA.  Now for those of you who don't know, Riverside is a HUGE place.  So I will qualify that by saying it is next to the Norco side.  
This wonderful home has four bedrooms and two bathrooms in the 1378 square feet.  One of the bathrooms has just been newly remodeled to be handicap accessible. New features include a new roof installed in October 2013, a solar system, a new water heater, a reverse osmosis system in the kicthen which also connects to the refridgerator line.

Last week, there were a total of 4 new listings.  Less inventory means higher prices and makes it a sellers market in San Dimas.  When you compare this week's 4 to the 1 sold homes it doesn't give you much of a picture.  But when you add the numbers together shows, that this is definitely still a sellers market in San Dimas, CA.
