Okay, so, two months later, she comes back swinging.  Yes, I can FINALLY walk and show homes.  And I didn't really blog much due to the fact that pain meds really do mess with your mind - badly.

San Dimas Real Estate Market Watch - April 18-24, 2012     Okay, so here are San Dimas Real Estate Market statistics for this week - and they seem to be shooting up! This week there are 11 new listings in the city.  Five sold this week in San Dimas, and that number seems to be holding steady.  Eleven went into escrow which means that in approximately 30-60 days we should have 11 more that sold.  Looks like the San Dimas Real Estate Market is starting to move and shake.  Ten homes were also placed back on the market and six have moved into back up … (1 comments)

Okay, so I truly thought that SAN DIMAS would be as slow as some of the other neighboring cities.  I reasoned that maybe people are getting a bit nervous because of the issues with the federal budget and the downgrade in our nation's credit rating.  The financial institutions have been hit as well and I think people are unsure of what will come of all this in the near future.  It makes sense for yet another slow down, if you think about it logically.  (YA, metrying to be logical!)

Okay, so the active senior residents of CLAREMONT PLACE took a tour of the facilities at LeROY HAYNES CENTER in SAN DIMAS.  They heard about the amazing 65-year tradition of the center's help to children.  The seniors were treated to a presentation by some of the residents who told of their goals for the future. And the Residential Program Director shared just two of the many success stories that come out of LeROY HAYNES.

SAN DIMAS VETERANS MEMORIAL  Okay, so I'm always passing this sign at the SAN DIMAS post office. Okay, so, here is the SAN DIMAS REAL ESTATE MARKET WATCH for this week. There were eight closed sales.  That's good as it looks like more homes in SAN DIMAS are actually getting new families.  But when you consider that there are seven back on the market and eleven new listings, that's not really a lot.  This means that more homes have been put into the inventory.  And the inventory is not selling at the same pace as they are coming into the home market.

Okay, so the City of San Dimas has just brought back their "ASK THE MAYOR" TELEVISION PROGRAM after a year long vacation.  With this new launch of the program, you can now email your questions in so they can be answered by the Mayor himself!  Before it was a call in show and questions were answered as they came in.

Okay, so, I find it interesting. Last week in San Dimas we had nine backup offers and three that actually went into escrow.  And yet, five of those are now back on the market.  To me, that is a huge amount, almost 50%. And yet we continue to get new listings.  Eight more homes are now on the market, and most of those are standard sales, not short sales or REO'S.  The standard sales mean that either homes are coming onto the market that have enough equity not to be upside down or that investors have bought the homes and … (0 comments)

Okay, so here we are once again to review the real estate market in The City of San Dimas. Okay, so this Saturday, June 4, 2011 there will be the most fun Rubber Ducky Race down the waterslides at Raging Waters Water Park in fabulous San Dimas.  The time is from 10AM to 1PM.  The annual charity event will benefit McKinley Children's Center also located in San Dimas.

Okay, so once again, WOW!  I wrote the blog for La verne first this time and was surprised how many new listings there were (14).  The City of San Dimas is a close second with 12!  This is really exciting news because it means the movement is NOT only in one city, but it seems to be in the entire area. And just like in La Verne the majority of listings are standard sales. Personally I think San Dimas is copying Laverne, I'm just saying...
