San Dimas Market Watch - January 23-30, 2014 Okay so, it's a fabulous time for sellers the city of San Dimas, CA. This week in San Dimas 6 new listings came on the market. It looks like folks in San Dimas have started to put their trust back into the housing market in San Dimas. There were 2 homes that went pending (into the escrow process) and 7 sold homes this past week. No listings expired and 8 more have gone into back-up which means an original offer has been accepted and they are simply taking back up offers in case the first one backs out or falls out. San Dimas Real Estate Market Watch - April 18-24, 2012 Okay, so here are San Dimas Real Estate Market statistics for this week - and they seem to be shooting up! This week there are 11 new listings in the city. Five sold this week in San Dimas, and that number seems to be holding steady. Eleven went into escrow which means that in approximately 30-60 days we should have 11 more that sold. Looks like the San Dimas Real Estate Market is starting to move and shake. San Dimas Real Estate Market Watch - February 7-13, 2012 Okay, so here is this week's San Dimas Real Estate Market Watch - and we're off and running! This week there are 14 new listings which is a good sign that people are getting more and more confident in the real estate market. Three sold and nine went into escrow. That's three homes that have new owners and nine that will hopefully in a few weeks. So home sales are happening in San Dimas.
