Short Sales - Dealing with a Second Lien Holder (Bedrock Style) - 05/01/12 09:55 PM
Great post.  The second lien holder can be, and often does stop the sale.  It is very frustrating when this is missed and the first lienholder refuses to offer anything to the second lienholder.
Short sales.......make you want to leave the business!!!!
