On July 4th, people from many states join together for the most spectacular fireworks show, great entertainment, boat races, beauty pageants, and a really good time.
This year's event was enjoyed by a huge crowd . This event has entertained crowds of as many as 30,000.

Great post. The second lien holder can be, and often does stop the sale. It is very frustrating when this is missed and the first lienholder refuses to offer anything to the second lienholder. Short sales.......make you want to leave the business!!!!

If you sell and buy in the same market, it should be a wash. Families are tired of putting their lives on hold, waiting for the right market to buy or sell. Who knows how long it will be before your home regains its lost value. But one thing is for certain, the interest rates can't possibly remain as low as they are right now. So buy now!!!!

Great post!!! Value is an opinion. I have sent three appraisers to the same property only to find a huge spread of values. Fair comparables are harder and harder to find with the number of distressed properties, expecially in rural areas. I think I might have met the perfect seller!!!! Did the pre-listing inspection, and we came up with a list of items requiring attention. Follow-up today showed the seller had done everything on the list plus more!!! Thanks to their efforts, the home shined!!!!!
