Oh, the Short Sale Process!!!
Recently had one that took 3 months and 12 bank short sale specialist to get done.
I am sick of hearing we are waiting on an investor decision.  1 of of 5 usually gets closed. 
Why would a bank not want to sell the homes at a fair price, rather than thru a foreclosure sale for 50 cents on a dollar?? Could it be the process is just as frustrating for them as the Realtors??? Don't know the answer, does anyone?

Buyers know a good deal.....but when is it good enough!!! They are not buying if the seller does not meet their price.  Too many sitting on the fence and watching the low rates pass them by.
