If you sell and buy in the same market, it should be a wash. 
Families are tired of putting their lives on hold, waiting for the right market to buy or sell.  Who knows how long it will be before your home regains its lost value.  But one thing is for certain, the interest rates can't possibly remain as low as they are right now.  So buy now!!!!

parsons tn: Congratulations Miss Tennessee 2008, Ellen Carrington from Parsons TN - 07/15/08 10:37 PM
Ellen Carrington, daughter of Pat and Katrina Carrington, formerly of Parsons, and granddaughter to Thomas and Sandra Carrington and Vonelle Baker and the late Thomas D. Baker all of Parsons, was recently crowned Miss Tennessee at a ceremony held in Jackson.
She was also chosen to be Governor Phil Bredesen's spokesperson for the Safe and Drug Free Tennessee Program on Saturday night.
Ellen is a native of Jackson and a senior at Union University.
Ellen won a preliminary talent competition held on Friday, and a preliminary swimsuit competition on Wednesday.
