r: I need your feedback...Babyboomers (or 55 & up) looking to retire and wanting to buy a retirement home. - 02/02/10 04:12 PM

Okay all you activerainers who are currently over 55 or in that retirement age and looking to buy in MY REGION.....
I came across this information and now I want your thoughts....Is that information accurate? As an Agent I would really like to know...Is this what my buyers are looking for in a RETIREMENT HOME? And what price range seems to be working the best for them in the current market? It's my job to stay updated and educated and only YOU can help me with that.
