This excellent post provided via Judi Barrett working in Oklahoma. She is exactly correct in my opinion.
You do not have to be an agent at the biggest brokerage in town, buy a franchise with the biggest franchise available, have the most employees, or live and work in a heavily populated metropolitan area.. you do not have to be a big dog.
