Rejoice -- the drought has ended. Did you hear? Denver now stands second in the United States for quickest sales! After years waiting out a sluggish real estate market, houses in theDenver metro area are moving at a vigorous pace.
An April 19 Denver Post article declares that the “buyers’ domain has shifted to a seller’s paradise.” By the time a property hits the multiple listing service, buyers are lined up with multiple offers.
