Government is making it hard again for home owners. I often wonder about the direction of which was this country is going. Have you heard yet? EPA is going to enforce the lead-paint regulation. How can this affect you as a homeowner and a professional?
The document I have is from the CAR webpage. Of course as all government documents it is very vague. It was confirmed that it applies to homes built prior to 1977. It is a crazy market out there. You may find the perfect house with your realtor only to find out there are multiple offer on it. This can happen time and time again. Hang in there. I am a firm believer that if you have some patience it will all fall into place.

In our area we are inidated with first time home buyers. It can be difficult in explaining everything to them and making sure they have a full understanding. When the mission is accomplished, they move into their new home with a great gov't backed loan and comfortable with their payment it is so rewarding. I just love all of my first timers.
