Our local board president David Irish is quoted in his article found in yesterday's Ithaca Journal, commenting on the state of our real estate market and his outlook for 2010.  Good, to the point analysis.  It should be a good year - it's definitely off to a strong start.  For questions on our area market, please give me a call or send me an email - I'd be happy to help!

The hydro-fracking process is now being demystified by a Cornell graduate student, Matt Cortese, of Binghamton.  His power point presentation is available in PDF format, by linking to a featured article in the Ithaca Journal.  In his own words, "I wanted to make this the one-stop shop about this process," he said "The Department of Health doesn't have the time or resources to do this."  Bravo Matt, and here's to the continued illumination of one of today's greatest environmental debates in the Central New York, and Fingerlakes Region.
