October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month and as such we implore you to spread the word to everyone you know about the importance of breast cancer screening. This largely curable disease has taken too many lives needlessly. This is mostly because many women think they will never be the one to receive the diagnosis and so they choose not to participate in the simple screening process. October in the Triangle is packed full of fun fall events! One being a long standing tradition that brings in visitors from all over the state - the NC State Fair!
