San Ramon Home Sales Update July 2012 Home sales for all of San Ramon are up 11 percent over 2011 and as stated would probably be higher if there was more inventory. The number of homes listed through July 2012 is 555 homes compared with 678 new listings in 2011, a decrease of 18%.
