Real Estate update

Good morning. Im starting to notice that the interest rate are going up, just a little bit!! Is my opinion, that the interest rate are going to increase in the first quarter, but if the housing market doesnt pick up the banks will probably reduce them or set up some type of a program where the rates will be discounted. Their are still alot of deals out there for properties, either for home ownership or investment. Talk to you soon!!!
