You've decided to purchase your first home or it's been a while since you last purchased your current home and you're ready to make a move.  What costs are you, as the buyer responsible for?  If you are using an agent, and I highly suggest you do, you may or may not know that you will not incur any costs for the services of your agent.  Buyer's agents are almost always paid by the seller - not the Buyer.
