newtown: Newtown's annual tree lighting ceremony at Ram's Pasture 2010 - 12/04/10 08:32 AM
Let the festivities begin - Newtown didn't fall short, another wonderful tree lighting ceremony was presented to it's residents Friday night. December 3, 2010.It was truly an amazing site as I drove into town and viewed luminaries leading the way to the tree ceremony. There must have been 2000+ decorative bags illuminating the way in and out of Ram's Pasture and the perimeter of the pond. If you missed this ceremony at Ram's Pasture, Newtown has two more tree lighting cermonies this weekend. Saturday, December 4th: Sandy Hook is holding their tree lighting ceremony in the center. Festivities begin at 4:30pm and tree lighting at 6:30pm.
