One of the perks of choosing to work with a great buyer’s agent is that they have the chance to get to know you and find out all of the little things that make you swoon when you see a house. 
Finding a home for you that has everything you were searching for and more is what they do, day in and day out….watching the market, checking out the hot new listings, previewing homes that might work for you and suggesting properties that might not seem to work on paper but have the right stuff.

If You Don't Want It, What Makes You Think The Buyer Does? - 08/11/11 09:05 AM
I know that moving is hard work. After our last move, I informed my husband that I'd rather burn down the house than have to pack up and then unpack all of our belongings ever again. I can't imagine how much harder that would have been if we were forced to deal with items left behind by the previous owner, but I see this happen all of the time.

If you don't want something that's too big, heavy, bulky, old...whatever...chances are the buyer doesn't want you to leave it behind in your home or garage or shed either.

Real estate is a customer service business.  Yes, there's a lot more to it than that, but the bottom line when you choose a REALTOR®, a home inspector, a lender or a title company is that they should not only provide you with expert guidance in their field, but excellent customer service as well.

Recently, I had an experience with a West Bank closing attorney that left a horrible taste in the mouth of a home buyer....and it never should have happened.
The attorney, in an effort to drum up business, had donated a free closing as a door prize … (5 comments)
