We're nearing the end of my series on the benefits of living in the beautiful community of Countryside in Port Orange Florida. For this post, we're going to take a look at "The Meadows", which is a section of Countryside, consisting of duplexes, quads, and triples, of condos and townhouses. I hope my readers have been enjoying my coverage of each community in the Master HOA Community of "Countryside" in Port Orange Florida. While we do have one more "official" Countryside community, I'm going to skip it for now, in order to tell you about a luxury condominium complex on the edge of Countryside.

Last Thursday when I was working with my international real estate clients, we were in Port Orange, looking at 4 parcels of vacant land that were all adjacent to each other. (The plan is to combine these parcels and build a muti-family investment property) As we were standing on edge of these parcels, we couldn't help but notice a beautiful, obviously new condominium, within walking distance for us, and located directly across the street from the Intracoastal Waterway.
