What a nice day I had today.
I started off by showing a condo I have listed for sale in Daytona Beach. It's a gorgeous, fully furnished unit with great ocean and river views. The buyer is a very nice gentleman who found this specific listing on another web site and had to see it! I'll be meeting him again tomorrow, to write up his offer. This is fantastic news, considering I've had it listed for less than a month! Here's the info on this particular listing- Daytona Beach Oceanfront Condo- can you believe this view?
