endangered species: Driving on Daytona Beach part 2 (Beach Conservation) - 08/06/07 09:57 PM
Yesterday I posted a blog about driving on Daytona Beach. Daytona Beach is one of the few cities that allows this privilege. I see it as one more benefit to buying real estate here. But I'm addressing this subject again, to elaborate on the responsibilities that come with this privilege.
In 1973, the Endangered Species Act (also known as the Habitat Conservation Plan or HCP) was passed, which prohibits activities that threaten or endanger any endangered species.
