history: More Historic Landmarks in Daytona Beach Florida: From a Daytona Beach Native! - 05/17/09 08:59 PM
A couple of days ago I posted to this blog, some amazing photos that are a well-kept secret of the Daytona Beach area. I took those photos on the way to take pictures of a new townhouse/condo I had listed as a Short-Sale. Unfortunately, the historic structures in that blog were in a horrible state of disrepair.
This particular building had some major renovations a few years ago. It's located right on Hwy. 92 aka International Speedway Blvd. which is a main thoroughfare. This is what prompted the city to do some major restorations on it. And it's beautiful during the … (2 comments)
