holly hill real estate sales report: Holly Hill Real Estate Listings - Sales - Foreclosures for 2009 - 02/13/10 12:53 AM
As a follow-up to my recent post titled "Holly Hill Real Estate Listings and Sales 2000-2009 Market Report", I decided to write this post, which shows just how many of the 2009 sales were foreclosures and short sales. Once again, I've included a bar graph. And for statistical purposes I've also posted the actual numbers of how many of these real estate sales were along the lines of foreclosures, pre-foreclosures and short sales.
