For everyone who has been waiting to purchase real estate, while pinning your hopes on the empty promises our government has been making, it's time to get off the fence. Yes, there are other bailouts in addition to the one that's addressed in this post, but if this is the indicator of how the others will be handled, they'll either reach the same pathetic conclusion... or they'll be dropped altogether.

home: Volusia County Parade of Homes 2008, Where and How to get started! - 03/30/08 08:02 PM
Last week I posted my first blog about this year's real estate Parade of Homes for Volusia County. The models have been open for over a week, since the winner was already chosen. You can read about this year's winner, and a real estate market update in this link.
Up until now, the homes have just been open for people to come and go into each model they wanted to see. And home buyers will continue to be able to do that. But today is the actual start of the Parade itself.
