laws: Re: Judge to decide if 9-year-old faces rape trial - 09/30/09 06:08 AM
Well now I've gone and done it. I'm veering waaayyy off-topic in regards to real estate today! Early this morning I stumbled across a bit of news located at the Boston Globe, and was leaving a comment via Digg. After writing the equivalent of a blog, I decided "what the heck... I may as well go ahead and just blog it". So we're NOT discussing real estate in this post; but rather a disturbing occurrence that's unfolding in Utah right now. So you're not allowed to decide you dislike your neighbor, and install excessively bright lights that shine directly on neighbor's house. Yeah,

laws: Real Estate: Buying, Selling, Pre-Qualifying and Communicating - 03/08/08 08:27 PM
Real Estate: Buying, Selling, Pre-Qualifying & Communicating. If you’re a seasoned real estate agent, I’m preaching to the choir. And if you’re a real estate buyer or seller, you may be pretty knowledgeable yourself. But after a call I received this week, it’s regrettable that this post is actually necessary. As a REALTOR® a big part of my job is to pre-qualify my real estate buyers before I show them any houses or condos in the Daytona Beach area. Even more so if they want to see one of my listings. I owe it to my sellers to make sure that
