lease condo: Buy or Lease a Daytona Beach Condo - 06/17/08 08:56 PM
As most of you know, for quite some time I've been blogging about the condo conversion project I have listed, Surfside Villas in Daytona Beach. I originally listed these beautifully remodeled condos "For Sale", but with the real estate market moving at the speed of sludge, the seller decided to lease the units while waiting for them to sell.
We now have only 5 of the 42 units left unoccupied. The remaining unoccupied units are all 1 bedroom units. Unfortunately, all of the 2 bedroom units have been leased for quite some time. But the 1 bedroom units are absolutely beautiful … (5 comments)
