I recently wrote a blog post titled "Real Estate Housing Market Hits a New Low? Yikes!" That post was referencing the sotry about the woman who was offering her hand in marriage along with the sale of her house. I guess there's a reason for the old saying "desperate means call for desperate measures".

Do you have a personal brochure? Considering the fact that in my area I’ve only seen a total of about 5 in the last 13 years, I’m going to assume your answer is “no”. So my next question is, “why not”?If you’re concerned about the expense, I can assure you, it’s less costly than you might think, considering you can create them yourself and print them on tri-fold, glossy brochure paper.
