Since real estate is still slow in many parts of the country, and many REALTORS®, both young and old, are struggling to make ends meet... and sellers may be just as discouraged... motivation may be running low for many people. We all have days when we're feeling down or discouraged. But successful people are the ones who don't stay in that frame of mind. It's self-defeating. I've discovered that successful people each have their own way of breaking those self-defeating thoughts and feelings. For me, I first have to identify the lie (that's what it is).
