If you're familiar with the Trulia real estate site, you may know that REALTORS® can setup their accounts to e-mail them with any questions that have been posted in their areas they work. I have Trulia setup to e-mail me when questions have been posted about real estate in Volusia county, (although I only work in East Volusia county IE: the Daytona Beach area).

This blog post is addressed to both real estate professionals, and real estate consumers. I hope it answers questions, brings enlightenment, and causes everyone to really think about the direction the real estate industry is taking, and how our current actions are directing that future.
Yesterday I blogged about the huge difference in the types of questions being asked on Trulia now, as opposed to those that were asked in the past, and I included examples in that post. I have a question about the Trulia real estate questions, for other REALTORS® and real estate professionals.
First of all, many of us have been answering real estate questions on Trulia for a long time. And the questions have primarily been for the benefit of real estate buyers and sellers who didn't understand the real estate process. But lately, the questions have been different.

questions: Technorati- Fave Exchange, MyBlogLog and Bloglines. Aaarrrggghh! - 12/29/07 06:20 PM
This is just a questions for our self-proclaimed tech geeks. I'm seeing a lot of requests for "Fave Exchanges" on Technorati. I assume this is just for Technorati rankings? I thought Google was down-rating link exchanges unless they were done in the 3-step circle. Does Technorati not work the same way? And is the 3-step circle information still correct, or did that also change when Google changed the algorithms?
And then there's the fact that I can't "claim" my Active Rain blog with Technorati. I have it claimed through MyBlogLog, but I can't claim it through Technorati. Does anyone know the reason … (11 comments)
