Here's a term I hadn't heard of, although this concept is not foreign to me... "Straight Line Thinking"... And this is such an effective way of getting more accomplished. Thank you again, Gary Woltal, for another informative and helpful post. I'm going to make my personal list ASAP.
As REALTORS®, we can end up working crazy hours, and doing a juggling act to to balance our families, work and required down-time. Anything that helps us increase productivity and more effectively serve our real estate clients is something we can all use.

As a REALTOR®, it's easy to forget that the public doesn't always know how we get paid and/or how the real estate business works. They don't see what happens behind the curtain. So I'm pulling back the curtain. I believe the consumer might enjoy learning about the hidden part of the real estate transaction, and at times, just how much can be hanging by a thread. real estate seller: REALTORS® help underprivileged children get school supplies! - 07/06/08 11:21 PM
Each year, the Daytona Beach area Association of REALTORS® sponsors underprivileged children, to help them get all the supplies they need for the upcoming school year. And each year, this program is an overwhelming success! The last couple of years, I've sponsored children through my church as well. But to focus on the Daytona REALTORS® who participate in this program year after year, here are this year's details and the goal.
Our goal for this year is to "adopt" 1,000 kids. Each "adopted" child will need...
