real estate videos: Real Estate Video for Beautiful 3 bed, 2 bath pool home in Central Florida - 06/13/08 06:15 AM
Most of you know that I create full video tours for my real estate listings if at all possible, and have been doing so for about two years now. I've never been a fan of virtual tours because of the distortion factor, and could never understand why REALTORS® weren't just video taping their listings. Two years ago, the only place to host the videos was on You Tube (hardly the most professional platform). But now, we have a plethora of choices of professional real estate video hosting sites.

Web 2.0 is drastically impacting the real estate market. I'm pleased to be able to use the power of videos to promote my real estate business and my listings. And thank you Active Rain, for being one of the front runners in bringing the real estate industry up to the standards where it should be!

I am admittedly, a You Tube addict. Unfortunately, my addiction so far, has not been business related. But as I've been building my "fun" channel, I've been constantly considering how I could use a real estate channel in a way that would be truly beneficial to my real estate listings. I've seen many real estate channels there, but they get very few subscribers or views, and seem to be operated by novices.
