In the course of my day today, I had to install a lockbox on a new listing. I also needed to find the property manager, so I took a quick drive to the community clubhouse. On my way, I noticed big strips of orange plastic, criss-crossing the pool. So I made a detour to see what the problem was with the pool.
Huh? Pool Closed due to duck droppings? Well I can officially say, "this is the first time I've seen anything like this".

Very cool creatures indeed, are the majestic owls who live in the beautiful Countryside Community of Port Orange, FL. I was recently reading a post by Mike Jones, about the owl and her nest, that was found under an overpass bridge in Tucson, AZ.
