Real Estate: Buying, Selling, Pre-Qualifying & Communicating. If you’re a seasoned real estate agent, I’m preaching to the choir. And if you’re a real estate buyer or seller, you may be pretty knowledgeable yourself. But after a call I received this week, it’s regrettable that this post is actually necessary. Ads that offer to give you cash up-front.Offers to make your monthly mortgage payments while you continue you living in your house. Claims that you can temporarily sign over your deed, and get your house back once you're back on your financial feet.Signing anything that you don't completely understand. If you're
