No, of course not. It's just a Snowy Egret :-D My brother took this photo. And I think he did a great job on this one (except for the date stamp), so I decided to share it. This weekend seems to be the weekend for Christmas Parades in East Volusia County. I already blogged about the Port Orange Christmas Parade which will take place on Sunday. Since then I've discovered that on Saturday, both New Smyrna Beach, and Holly Hill will be holding their annual Christmas Parades.
New Smyrna Beach: This year's Christmas Parade AND Boat Parade! The Christmas Parade is from 4:00 p.m. til 6:00 p.m. It will begin on Flagler Ave and end on Canal Street. It's Silly Saturday again! This real estate update is for the 2009 1st quarter real estate listings and sales report for Ormond-by-the-Sea Florida.
As I've done with some of the other city reports for the 1st quarter of Volusia county, in this report I'll include a short explanation of the Daytona Beach area, and the 7 cities it encompasses. Ormond-by-the-Sea is quite simply, the city on the farthest north side of Volusia County, but it's only on the beachside.

As I've done with some of the other city reports for the 1st quarter of Volusia county, in this report I'll include a short explanation of the Daytona Beach area, and the 7 cities it composes. It's time for me to continue with my first quarter real estate reports for each city in East Volusia County. For the 1st Quarter of 2009 we're comparing New Listings, Total Number of Listings and the Number of Sales for each city. And for some cities I've separated the condo listings and sales from the houses or in one particular city (Daytona Beach Shores) we looked at the totals for each category, then just pulled the condos into a seperate category.
