usda: Wading Through a Frustrating Week - 07/23/09 01:22 PM

The sellers are ready. The buyers are ready. Everything is done, and yet we all wait. Waiting for someone at USDA to look at the file and approve it. Nothing more, nothing less. One closing was supposed to be last Friday! The other one was to be today, and still we wait. I am thankful we still have a 100% financing option available to our buyers, albeit a sometimes frustrating process.
