Sunday December 5th at 5:00pm Brookfield will light it's Christmas Tree on The Common.  The Brookfield Elementary School Chorus will be singing Holiday Music and all are welcome to come participate.  Santa will make his customary appearance arriving on the Brookfield Fire Department Fire Truck .

A local favorite eating spot in Brookfield, The Clam Box, famous for its ice cream & fried fish, has expanded its menu to include an All You Can Eat Brunch Buffet, Sunday Mornings from 8:30am - 11:30 am. My family and I decided to give it a try and we were very happy we did.

What Holiday Movie is Your Favorite? - 11/20/10 05:38 PM
I am heading to Onset this Thanksgiving Holiday to spend time with my parents and extended family.  We will be spending a lot of hours together cooking, talking, eating and watching a movie or two. Typically my Dad, who is a Major Movie Buff usually chooses the films we watch. He picks great movies, but sometimes they are a bit esoteric, especially for the children, who love Harry Potter & any Disney movie or sit com.  What is your favorite Holiday Film? I'd love to bring some new choices to the table and your suggestions will help.

Local Spencer Family Helped - 11/19/10 06:44 AM
The Richards Family of Spencer MA recently lost their home to a fire which destroyed all thier belongings and sadly, their pets.

Agency: The relationship that a real estate agent has with a customer or client.
A real estate agent can represent a seller or a buyer.  In Massachusetts the relationship is defined at the first meeting and a form is filled out to declare the relationship and ensure the customer understands how the real estate agent represents their interests.  Understanding agency is important for the consumer.  A Buyer Agent represents the buyer and their interests, while a Sellers Agent, aka the listing agent, represents the seller and their interests.  If an agent represents both parties in a transaction she is a Dual Agent.

I am very much looking forward to the Thanksgiving Holiday this year.  We are heading to our family home in Onset, MA, which is right on Onset Bay, a beautiful tranquil spot.

RE/MAX Professional Associates is dedicating our "Season of Giving" to The Richards Family of Spencer, who's home burned down 11/2/10, due to an electrical fire  The fire resulted in a complete loss of their home, all their possessions inside and sadly their two pets. RE/MAX Professional Associates has been instrumental in helping the family find alternate housing while their home is rebuilt, however they have little or no household items to fill & furnish their new abode.
