What turns Buyers Off? - 02/24/11 07:56 AM
Time and again, when working with buyers, and dealing with sellers who's homes are NOT selling, I am asked "What is up with this...house...seller...buyer..."  Time and again I talk to my buyers and sellers about what qualities make a home desireable on the market.  The following is from an e-mail I received from Trulia's Ask Tara, it is a humerous and informative perspective on the things that turn buyers off.

Still time for 1st time tax credit for Members of the Military - 02/24/11 06:58 AM
Members of the military and certain other federal employees serving outside the U.S. have an extra year to buy a principal residence in the U.S. and qualify for the credit. Thus, an eligible taxpayer must buy, or enter into a binding contract to buy, a principal residence on or before April 30, 2011.
