The housing market in Leavenworth, Kansas has definitely been affected by by all of the downturn in the economy but not nearly as bad as other places in the country. Every buyer coming to Leavenworth, Kansas from another state or even another county will begin negotiations very low even after being coached otherwise. Everything seems to work out in the end but just takes a little more time and a lot more patience on every party involved. Have you been noticing signs for the new subdivision in Lansing, Kansas "The Ridge at Rock Creek"? I have spotted two so far. The sign pictured above is located just south of the 4-H Road on 7 hwy and the other sign is located on the corner of 147th and 4-H road. Good-looking, attention grabbing signs are for sure to catch your eyes for a few seconds. Sometimes it is hard to define if an agent is being unethical. In the real estate business there are many ways an agent can be unethical without another agent even knowing A Realtor can get burned by an unethical Realtor and never have the knowledge to find out the truth. The question I am addressing today is: * Should the listing go into MLS the day the sign is put into the yard? * My answer is -it better and it definitely should!!!
