The housing market in Leavenworth, Kansas has definitely been affected by by all of the downturn in the economy but not nearly as bad as other places in the country. Every buyer coming to Leavenworth, Kansas from another state or even another county will begin negotiations very low even after being coached otherwise. Everything seems to work out in the end but just takes a little more time and a lot more patience on every party involved.
