Happy Spring!
Here we are in the Midwest, Chicago area, ready to enjoy spring, dust off the bikes, start taking walks outside and what do we get-6 inches of snow today!!
Our office was just starting to get a few more showings and people were just starting to start thinking "new Home" again. This winter has been so long with so much snow, colder temps, flooding, and just horrible driving conditions that I think it has really impacted the real estate market.
