success: Prospecting Success Anyone? - 02/23/08 06:13 PM

I am a real estate broker with a growing office of 13 agents. We have prelicense classes all the time, even in this market, so we constantly have new agents. I am currently teaching/coaching them on prospecting and we are all getting back to basics. Just wondering what types of social groups have been successful for prospecting real estate clients. I personally have prospected to my church and a bowling league. Since I am currently a non competing broker, I am wondering what types of social groups are hot right now for prospecting?
